What you are buying

The First Challenge is an 8 week online body transformation challenge run by The Haven Athletic Club. It runs from Monday, September 14 to Sunday, November 8. You get a personal meal plan, a personal training program, weekly check-ins, weekly content, and access to our member community. Everything is delivered through our website and app.

Price and payment

The founding price is $997, paid once at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Our guarantee

Complete all 8 weeks. If you're not happy with your transformation, tell us within 14 days of the finish: we'll refund you in full, or give you the next challenge free. Your choice.

To be clear: completing all 8 weeks is the only condition. "Complete" means you stay in the challenge from start to finish. You must tell us your choice within 14 days after the challenge ends. Daily logs and check-ins are coaching tools to help you. They are never used to deny a refund.

Refunds outside the guarantee

If you leave the challenge before the end, the guarantee does not apply. If something serious happens (for example, a medical issue), contact us and we will work with you.

Your account

Your account is for you only. Do not share your login. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

Community rules

Be kind. No harassment, no spam, no selling, no sharing other members' photos or information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Your progress photos are private to you and our coaching team. They are never posted publicly.

Health notice

We are coaches, not doctors. Our plans are general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting this or any fitness program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
